What began as a personal commitment to excellence in early 2006 has grown into one of Dubai's most trusted names in corporate and offshore structuring.

Daniyal Management Services LLC was registered with the Dubai Economic Department in the beginning of 2006, founded by Shadab Shaikh on the back of nearly a decade of hands-on experience in Dubai's corporate services and legal sectors. Until 2012, the firm operated as a local limited liability company — before moving into a free zone structure within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), marking its evolution into Daniyal Management Services DMCC.

In the years since, the firm has built a reputation far beyond company formation — advising private investors and government entities on complex corporate and infrastructure projects. That track record has earned deep, lasting trust across markets in Africa and Europe, including Cameroon, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Benin, Gabon, Namibia, the United Kingdom, and Russia — a testament to relationships built on reliability, not just transactions.

Shadab Shaikh

Founder & Chairman

Experienced since 1997 in management finance, accounts, corporate structuring, and consultancy. An Executive MBA graduate (Finance & Marketing, Dubai, 2004) with a Diploma in Information Systems Management (Mumbai, 1997).

Known for a cool, decisive approach during crisis, with a proven track record of managing multiple ongoing engagements at once — from client onboarding through offshore trust and company formation, to government liaison across JAFZA and RAKFZA.

Years of dedication have built strong, trustworthy relationships across the West African region — expanding the firm's network through consistent, reliable service.

Mumtaz Baig

Chief Executive Officer

Holds nearly two decades of experience in business management, investments, brokerage, and acquisitions across the UAE. Began his corporate career with a business law firm, where he built a strong foundation in local and international business setup, structuring, and growth strategy.

Since 2014, has led operations at Daniyal Management Services DMCC, overseeing client engagements, corporate structuring projects, and day-to-day management across the UAE's free zone jurisdictions.
